You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. ss26 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ss26 platform is lawful in their region or country. The platform bears no responsibility for any violations of local laws committed by users.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ss26 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation, or attempting to exploit any vulnerability within the system.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to access your account.

Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
All financial transactions on the ss26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. Any failed transactions resulting from incorrect information are the user's responsibility.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's policies and timelines. ss26 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests.
Ss26 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to lost wagers, service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. All betting activities carry financial risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
In the event of a transaction dispute, users must submit a complaint within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
